Welcome to the brand new website for La Colina’s Homeowners Association.

It is the Board’s hope that this endeavor will increase the sense of community among all homeowners. The number one job of any HOA is to maximize home values by the maintenance of common property and community standards. The second most important goal is to foster a sense of community.

Under “Community Manager”, you can download an Architectural Request Form without having to wait for it to be mailed. If you return by fax or e-mail, the process is quicker than anytime in the past. Minutes from past meetings and current financials are posted under “Documents” to give you a quick snapshot of what’s going on in the community.

The “Safety” section highlights two of our most recent concerns, bobcats and mountain lions. The “Neighbor to Neighbor” section will be a larger and more current version of the similar section in the phone Directory. We welcome comments and suggestions from you, the residents.
